I attended the 2nd Cebu DigitalFilipino Club & Bloggers Meet-Up last July 11, 2009 that was hosted by Casino Filipino PAGCOR in Cebu.
Actually that was my first time attending that kind of gathering. Before the event begun, I kept on asking to some of my fellow CBS blogger on what the event is really all about.
The night started with the registration, of course, and followed by (special session in every event) the dinner buffet. A big thanks to PAGCOR for the the great accommodation and for serving sumptuous foods. While savoring the food, great live music were serenading the big group. Mellow and a ‘lil alternative type of music were being played. So nice to listen.
After the dinner, Ms. Janette Toral formally started the event . Since the night was all about updates about Digital Filipino Club and Networking event, introduction of every bloggers and guests was the 1st move.
Honestly, I was so shocked that I had to introduce myself to the crowd. But that’s part of the event. So go! Wanna also take this opportunity to say that I am a PROUD member of Cebu Blogger’s Society. My apology guys for forgetting it. I was just tensed.
Ms. Janette Toral also was giving a short background of what Digital Filipino Club is all about. She even discussed and shared important stuffs like the:
While listening to her words, I realized a lot of things about blogging and was fired up(as my co-bloggers).
The night continues…
While in the break, people went outside taking pictures of different poses. So vain! Camwhores!
The night ended with the raffles and giving of some cool stuffs,
but CBS people with the NEW TShirt being worn continue its jamming and chilling outside— after party—
LIVE! LOVE! BLOG!
I really enjoyed the night.
Hope I can still join and come if there would be next time.

Wow I can really see that you all enjoyed the said event. I should have been there had it not been for my work schedule. Well I hope there would be other events like this wherein Bloggers from the Philippines will be able to gather and share thoughts, ideas or if we get lucky, get to hear from Abe Olandres or Carl Ocab, they’re my BloGods, haha..
