This is not real. If larvae actually lives in the lady’s breast, it will be oozing with pus and blood. It won’t look as perfect as it does now. This means like someone made the picture up.

as what i have read that this can also be happening to mothers those who don’t breastfeed their young… i dont know further explanation….i just read it on a med. mag. that this might happen… awch

maybe this is just happening in areas where hygiene is poor and stuffs are severely unclean.
