Orange Brutus: uHhhhmmm Yummy!

September 19, 2009 – 10 Cebu Bloggers Society Members were invited by Orange Brutus, MEPZ 2 branch. Honestly, I should not be there for I was not part of the 10 bloggers being listed officially. I was in the waiting list, in short I was in the 11th spot. Fortunately (evil laugh), one of the 10s had backed-out for some personal reason and so SINJIN, event’s coordinator, buzzed me if I am available for the food trip. OF COURSE!

I know there are lots of branches here in Cebu. The stores I used to dine with were E-MALL branch, Robinson’s branch and Colon Branch.

This was  the day that I was able to know that Orange Brutus can be only be found here in CEBU! History and facts were being shared to us by  Miss Nina Kokseng-Misa, the daughter of the holder and Miss Loraine Atillo the marketing head. The main purpose why they invited us:  LAUNCHING of their BUDGET MEALS, THE QUARTER MEAL, CHRISTMAS PROMO

BUDGET MEAL

They are offering new budget meals for students and those people who wants affordable meals .

With your 50 pesos you can have your favorite meal with your choice of drinks and a 1 peso change.

That day, we were to choose what budget meal we would like to eat. I chose the CHICKEN STEAK MEAL since this is the first store to offer a meal like this (if I’m not mistaken). Others had their choices too. Believe it or not, what I was eating was very delicious with the gravy being poured in it. Look at the pictures above. Isn’t it luscious? Do not think that these foods are delicious only because they are well edited by photo-editing software. I’ve tried it. We’ve tried it.

Eating the value meal awaken my inner strength. Actually, I did not ate my lunch that day. Wahahhah!. The eating session did not stop. Yeah! Another food was offered to us (bloggers). BEEF TERIYAKI, meal for the quarter. I heared of  this food, TERIYAKI, but never I  taste it prior to this day. Orange Brutus baptized (so holy…jejjeje! ) me! Lolz! This was the very first day I tasted this one. And again, I so loved it. Promise! It was enough for me to eat the budget meal I chose but when I tasted this one I never stopped until the plate was empty. So “lurve” it.

We were eating as if that was our last day (waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa). Chocolate Monster Cake was served! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, I want no more………….. What?  I mean, I want moreeeee… moreee…. moreeee…..

Looks very simple but tastes so great! You should this one guyssss….
