The very little chance of the March 13′s Pacquiao Mayweather MEGAFIGHT is now totally zero.

Pacquiao Mayweather fight is officially off! This was the bottleneck of Bob Arum’s statement.

According to BoxingScene.com, that the representatives of Pacquiao and Mayweather were not able to settle successfully the issue within two (2) days meeting with the retired federal judge Daniel Weinstein in California.

With the procedure being insisted Mayweather’s side (Olympic-style), the team Pacquiao had decided to go under the blood and urine testing to be done during the scheduled date under the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

Team Pacquiao decided to go with the procedure to be done by the 24th day before the fight and not on the 30th day. However Mayweather’s team did not agree with this decision.

Arum was not able to control and was carried away by his emotion, he shouted and confirming, “The fight is off!” in front of the ongoing and vague negotiation.

“The mediator called me [before 8pm] and told me the fight was off,” said Arum. “The fight is off, Mayweather never wanted it. Manny wanted the fight. He was agreeable to terms.”

Disappointed with the result, Arum stated that he will be working with the other fight of Pacquiao and now with new super-welterweight champion Yuri Foreman this March that will give the Filipino boxing icon a chance a bag the 8th world title fight under different division.

“I am disappointed in the sense this fight will not happen, ” Arum said. “I’m not surprised. I always knew Mayweather would kill it because he didn’t want it. He didn’t want to lose.”
